baseball starts around april or may football is in september or late august the rest i dont no cuz i dont wathc them

Everyone has hit a bunch of good ones.

Academics are indeed huge
Community Service always looks good
Jobs and Internships are great
Clubs and organizations are also good

When you speak about these things state something that puts you above the rest. Don’t just say you helped at your church, be specific. Say something like you helped lead numerous trips in which you helped feed the homeless. Show them that you are serious, and not just “BSing” them.

Academics, academics, academics. Take four years of science and math and get good grades. That is the basic requirement for the vast majority of public institutions. Where sports and clubs start to become important is if you are interested in private and/or highly selective universities.

You can add a little mixed martial arts action in also. Big up and coming sport. Plus gets a lot of different types of press. Could be a great topic that could cover some words for you.
