How do I cure this golfing habbit?

I am a beginning 14 year-old right-handed golf golfer. I can hit the ball (w/ a 3 wood) about 160 yards in displacement and 120 yards in lateral distance at the range. I choose to use the three wood becuase I have not control over my Sasquatch driver that was rented to me at lessons. My ball at the beginning gets a nice height and then curves absurdly to the right.
